I agree! As much as I like to rip on my friends from Jersey (and they rip on me from being from PA), it really is a nice state. I was considering moving there for awhile and I may in the future.

Philadelphia does have a distinct odor, mostly near the river.

BTW, I am from Pennsylvania and I am not amish, nor have I ever met anyone who is amish. That's pretty much the only stereotype I can think of right now.
