I'll start - I was at FSU in the early 2000s, and although we were "no frills" it seemed pretty frilly to me!
We wore matching outfits - shirts and pants from Express, and we even had to get matching floral flip flops! For Pref, we were just in a black dress that we liked. Everything had to be approved in "dress checks" before Recruitment.
No food was served - but I want to hear about the personalized cookies for PNMs and fancy fruit platters!
