That is correct, they don't. And I'm aware of that, and right now I'm so mad I don't care!!!
It seems like the consequences mean NOTHING, and for some of these women their creed, or the Panhellenic creed, doesn't either.
What consequences will make these chapters sit up and pay attention?

OK, forgive me for freaking out up there. I just need to vent. Seems like lately I've been surrounded by people who just don't seem to care who they step on. It's just getting to me lately. (And now they are recalling my car. . Ford Focus. . .which I had to buy because my Saturn got totalled and that is what I could afford. I'm having BAD CAR KARMA!!! CRAP!!!)
