I think when TKE's USC chapter allowed a porno film to be filmed in their house IHQ gave them a years probabtion. I know they when after the porno company for using TKE '"images" such at the crest and actually usuing TKE's name in the video. None of the guys particpated in any sex acts though. I believe the punishment fit the crime because they didn't clear the use of the house by IHQ.
