It does with me. Our chapter had a disruption early this year. Things are normalizing now and we are looking forward to reconciliation, new members and new experiences.
My hope is that some stagnant chapters will take this to heart. I'm talking about the ones that are shrinking to the point it is hard to function, but do not recruit new members.
