Each sorority has ritual attire guidelines. She could simply ask if nude shoes are allowable or if she has to wear white. What other sororities allow is not pertinent. This is really a case of following what her group requires, and I wouldn't worry about whether the whites match. The shoes will not be the focus of anyone's attention. They will likely be looking for a modest dress and compliant footwear; whether the combo creates an aesthetically pleasing look is less important.
