The waiting is over! My DD2 and DD1 are sisters by choice. I couldn't go to bid day but saw my daughter in the live feed shortly after opening her card and she was hopping. That is over the top excitement for her as she isn't a typica "peppy" girl! Soooo happy. I heard a few houses didn't make quota. Will have to wait for the official numbers to be published.

I heard that Sigma Kappa has 87 girls. So Thetas and SKs both got a lot of quota additions. Anyone know other stats?

87 is correct for Sigma Kappa! I'm thinking that the new pref system might be the reason for people having lots of quota additions (and other houses possibly not making quota?? I haven't heard much about any other house so I have no idea who made quota) - we had an extra party from last year (6 total) but PNMs only had 1 or 2 rather than up to three. I think they probably have to work out the kinks and figure out what will work numbers wise.

So sorry. I have been stalking all the social media outlets getting updates on all the girls we know. My girls are GPhiB! My older daughter sent a video someone took of her fighting through the guys on the sidewalk to get to her! (Apparently the guys lurk about on the sidewalk and in the road watching the girls come back to the houses after getting their bids. Only a few girls get to go to the field to watch them open the bids) Brought tears to my eyes. My youngest is usually very cool headed and doesn't get excited. She was jumping around and smiling ear to ear. So special for sure. And her big is a girl a year older than her that joined last year and they were super close in junior high. Another girl that my DD2 is friends with made it on the pledge list too. So now there are 4 girls from their little high school that are sisters. So exciting.

Yay! Congrats to your daughters and all the Gamma Phis! Very happy for them and thanks for sharing! Yes the guys on the way back from Bid Day can be fun or a real nuisance. Glad she made it through unscathed

Quota was 71. Only one house didn't make quota and has not traditionally had troubles filling their class. They snap bid to fill. A lot of houses took a lot of quota additions. (103 for one newer house that is brow avg in chapter size) My daughter said her class is right at 71.
