Ok, my top ten (not necessarily in order):
 Platoon
 The Godfather
 The Untouchables
 The Natural
 Almost Famous
 Animal House
 The Shawshank Redemption
 GoodFellas
 Dazed and Confused
 Ferris Bueller's Day Off

There are tons of others that come close, and even break into the top ten sometimes, like The Big Lebowski, Top Gun, Meet the Parents, The Breakfast Club, and National Lamppon's Christmas Vacation.

I tried to put my all time favorite movies in order:
 1. Lord of the Rings
 2. Muppets Go to Manhattan
 3. Goonies (Sean Astin was so adorable in it)
 4. Rudy (I cry every single time when he's reading his Notre Dame acceptance letter)
 5. A Time to Kill (superb acting by everyone in it, especially Matthew Maconahey and Samuel L. Jackson)
 6. 16 Candles
 7. The Rock
 8. Spaceballs
 9. Back to the Beach
 10. Some Kind of Wonderful (loved Eric Stoltz in it..."You look good wearing my future.")

Closely following behind are Notting Hill (love Hugh Grant), Pretty in Pink, Splash, Switching Channels, Annie, Traffic, Real Genius (love love love the popcorn scene at the end), etc.
