I know that everyone's having fun talking about UFPike, but I wanted to go back to the original post for a second.
I'll tell you, I have actually deleted one of my messages after people got offended by it. I feel like everyone has a right to free speech, but I personally don't want to hurt other people's feelings, and even though I didn't think it was offensive, some people did, so I addressed the message, apologized, and deleted the original. I felt like that was what was appropriate.
Now, if someone like UFPike, who can at times be offensive, I'll admit, feels like he's crossed a line and wants to delete his message because of it, then I think he should be able to. And if it takes someone "calling him out" to make him realize it, then fine.
I think, however, that the reason some people don't appreciate his messages is that he's pretty blunt about his feelings. And that's fine. I actually agree with things that he says sometimes (I try not to admit to it, though.
)
