The rumors are that Sigma Kappa (recolonizing this spring) will have a house in the very near future. I have no idea if that is true or not, and "near future" is still likely to be 2-3 years away, possibly after this year's freshmen are gone.
But, because the rumor is out there, many women see the SK colonization process as a better opportunity than joining one of the other unhoused chapters. Unfortunately, I think it will be very difficult for the group that had a poor recruitment result to COB until after SK's process is complete.
