Hmm that's an interesting question... I used to have a friend in conneticut that had a huge twang! he was born/raised in ct. too.. but i can't say i have heard a whole lot of people from that area to make a logical guesstimate
Some people say i have a teeny Texas "twang" but I swear I don't hear it
