I found this comment kinda offensive. I'm in band...in fact I'm a music education major. Your roommate DID sound weird, but don't make comments about people in band. We're not all "weirdos" and "geeks". We don't like the stereotypes.
BTW I'm sure you wouldn't like it if someone said to you, "Sorority girls are all stuck up, rich bitches." Now would you? Because it's not true; it's a stereotype.
