Northern Kentucky posted on Facebook that they welcomed 46 new sisters, this is different than what I saw in this thread.
Nicholls State University (LA) has 57 new members in a bid day picture. I'll share this picture on the bid day pic thread.

Kind of curious where you got this number, considering Formal Recruitment has never happened at UHM and there is no Panhellenic on campus.

If this truly is "total," then AGD can participate in Spring Recruitment and Phi Mu cannot.

There are locals at Hawaii and there is formal rush. The first time I saw quota and the only chapter didn't reach it I was completely confused, but then someone explained. My further understanding (from the good ladies here) is that the locals are fading away, thus opening up the need for NPC chapters. Maybe there will be another on its way in? That would be exciting for someone.

There is only one local at UH, and while the numbers aren't way up there like the NPCs, they are comfortable with their size and are still going strong.

Again, Formal Rush has never happened at UHM. The local sorority and AGD have never participated in recruitment together.

Maybe it was being used to mean something different from campus total, if UH doesn't calculate that. She also refers to previous "total" numbers. Thanks for the clarification! I do believe that the number is Chapter Total, not Campus, which is where I got confused.

Each sorority on campus (including AGD) has done their recruitment with COB-like events for years. It'll be interesting to see how UHM's first Formal Recruitment will be like next year, and how it'll affect the last local standing.
