Recruitment is the best time of year-- it's like an entirely different world! Everyone's so stressed and run down, but at the same time SO excited and unified, I just think it's the greatest thing ever.
Some more unsoliticed advice... trust your officers! Some girls in my chapter have this tendency to question every decision being made and it slows the whole process down (to paraphrase Bring It On, the greatest movie ever.... This isn't a democracy, it's a Rushocracy
