When i was a pledge, I was told about the Chi-o website that reveals rituals. I didn't look at it and There was no way I was telling my suitemates who were chi-os. I do know some rituals from people telling me, If they tell me it goes in one ear and out the other.
At our formal,last spring, the sisters left our dates alone and went off by ourselves to do a small private rituals. Several dates came out to spy and were caught. I honestly was extremely upset, not only b/c they heard things but b/c a couple were in frats and should know better. In my opinion, if you are in ANY GLO, you should know to respect other GLOs rituals, so if someone tells you, you don't say a word and forget about it.
