U AL Mom when my daughter went through recruitment I heard from her several times a day during rush, then, after Bid Day, hardly anything for a week! I knew she was really busy with classes and sorority stuff and I also suspected that she needed a little distance after the intensity and constant connection of Rush--wanting to prove to herself she could make it on her own for awhile. She started reaching out a bit more regularly after that. This year she is going through recruitment as an active member for the first time at Mizzou and it's really fun hearing from her throughout the day about her experience from that perspective.

Congratulations to your daughter--love reading happy endings like hers!
