My daughter is going through recruitment this fall, and one of her high school buddies is the son of the (Inter)National President of one of the sororities my daughter will visit. She graciously wrote a letter for my daughter. Daughter is a legacy to this sorority through my mother-in-law (who has been too ill to write her a legacy rec), so we were thrilled to have the seal of approval from its president.

When I read that I was like "Huh? chappies?" Is that a new nickname for chapter - or is its use exclusive to Alpha Xi Delta? OR is it the ubiquitous autocorrect rearing its weird and ugly head?

austingammaphi, get the blender ready (margaritas! daiquiris! or whatever) and we'll be sending you lots of positive relaxing vibes.
