I don't get it, When I signed up I had to first post in a specific thread to prove I'm not a bot. Perhaps just changing the sign up procedure might help??

Is this procedure not in place anymore? I still see the thread but the spammers seem to be able to create threads without posting there first. In the many years I've been a member this is the WORST I've ever seen in regards to the spam.
