Recruitment is 3 rounds, plus a get to know round. Women only have RCs through get to know and round 1. I know NPC says RCs can't be present during MRABA signing, but to have no guidance after round 1 is crazy. After this horrid recruitment, campus raised total by 8 so that these bid less women could COB where they ISP'd. And the GLO called the chapters and asked them to consider now taking these women since she raised total so they could. I am doing a recruitment workshop at this campus next weekend, and I wanted to gauge if The RC thing was as crazy as I think. I already know the total business is wrong and being looked at.
