Edited to add: Allegations from SAM national president about the members of the (former) chapter showing lack of cooperation with police, other investigators, and SAM HQ:

The Treetops resort may file suit(s) against individuals who took part in the destruction and vandalism. The article (above) describes possible reasons for the students to cause the damage.
