I agree. When we just put down these rules, rather than have solid diversity programming we just further that "us vs them" mentality and encourage our members to feel like they're being picked on, smothered with rules, told what to, and all of those other phrases that make these behaviors seem more like fighting the man (or for free speech

) as opposed to needlessly offensive or careless.
