I know this is a really old thread, but I was watching a re-run last night and it was the one where Homer gets the heart transplant and the doctor is trying to remember how to make an incision and it shows him at a toga party at Sigma Chi. It was a funny episode even though it showed greeks in a negative light, well college kids in a negative light!
One of my favorite episodes though is the one where Bart calls the foreign country and asks which way their toilet flushed! And they were on hold forever, like the whole episode. That cracked me up! And the one where they go to Brazil is pretty funny too.
My absolute fav is the one where they go on Spring Break and Homer sings on stage with Kid Rock. Hilarious! haha
