Being that they decided to take the case I would take that to mean they are ready to say the tide has turned and it has to be accepted nationwide. I, in this one little case, agree with them just sitting on their tails for a couple years and letting each state work it out on their own. Then most of the states won't be able to argue that it was crammed down their throat by a, what's the crazy term they use for a Supreme Court that actually makes decisions? That. There just aren't that many states left that haven't allowed it or overturned as unconstitutional a law banning it.
