@thetalady I know with my chapter, they can only visit when we aren't doing ritual stuff plus they contact our president beforehand.
But I think the cupcake idea is cute!
This doesn't seem right. Stuff like that (serenandes, invites, announcements, etc) would happen at Chapter dinner, before actual Chapter. Have things changed that much? Or maybe GPhi has a different policy than Theta, which is a possibility.
