I have done this before. The first time i did it was last summer when i was supposed to get my period the week i was going to CANCUN!!
I was a little worried it wouldnt work, but everything worked out really well. I still do it from time to time. I dont ever tell my doctor when i do it either. I think its fine if you just do it some times and not all the time.
I think i might call my doctor and have her give me a prescription of some pain killers because i dont want to be on birth control pills anymore.
