Seriously, why is this not happening at EVERY school in the nation? I also loved Clemsongirl's school idea of only having as many women on the floor at one time during recruitment as the smallest chapter on campus had. I believe that BOTH ideas would help women see beyond the "tiers" and realize that being Greek is so much more than letter shirts and Bid Day fun.

It is supposed to as NPC passed this change a few years ago. I imagine there are some schools/areas of the country that are still working secure the number of volunteers or staff needed to make it work. Hopefully someday soon!
