Over 4 years later, and this still feels like it was yesterday. I'm proud to say I finished a two-year stint as recruitment chair of my chapter, and am thrilled to be advising a new chapter at the law school I currently attend. To all the women that will be participating in deferred recruitment, I wish you all the best, and encourage you to keep an open mind as you go through the process, since this has the potential to be life changing in the most wonderful of ways.
