The university president just posted on FB a few minutes ago that she has indeed passed away.

It just seems all the more tragic when you imagine the bright future she would have had. I'm familiar with the street where she was killed and people really do drive there without a care in the world. I hope it brings comfort to her family and friends to know that, as an organ donor, a part of her will still live on and give hope to and joy to others.
