RFM typically uses quota ranges and nobody knows what quota actually ended up being until bid day results are known. But, the number of women going to Pref divided by the number of chapters is typically pretty close.
I will be headed down to the "Loveliest Village" in just a few hours to spend the night with DD and help with Bid Day. It's been a highlight for me every year to be there and see the chapter's hard work pay off. It's true, the girls in the chapters are as nervous as the PNMs (but I agree that the moms are the most nervous of all!).
