1. The Life Alert commercial where the lady says "I've fallen and I can't get up!". I'm sure it's a great product, but her horrible acting is annoying.
2. Any commercial that discusses "transvaginal mesh".

The tampon commercial featuring the woman who is rock climbing in
short-shorts. Yeah, we get that you're really really confident in your product's ability to get it done.
Could have taken it down about 15 on the subtlety meter, though.
