The wind was so strong earlier that the really, really tall building I work in (pretty well known tallest building in the D) was swaying big time. People were getting dizzy and nauseous.

It has to move with the wind or else it would be in danger of "breaking", but it is definitely freaky when it is that bad.

We'll yeah, all skyscrapers bend/sway, it's just that the description you posted would make me nervous.
