I would contact HQ for more info. I know that we have a ton of chapters in TN, and i'm sure some will be helping with recruitment. Your CPP might also have some more info. And i'm sure that there will be a CDC assigned to the expansion who will be there for awhile. HQ or your CPP are definately your best bet.
