Yes, I was using installation dates. I suspect the groups you mention were at colony status. Unlike sororities, some of the fraternities seem to be listed as "colony" status for several years before being fully installed.
Mea culpa. I forget that happens; it's hard to think of a housed chapter as "inactive."
