Here's my solution: IU goes to a quota/total system. ALL chapters must bid to total or risk consequences from their headquarters. Poof! Stigma is gone e.g. ABC took 57, EFG took 25 - so EFG is much more selective - NOT ANY MORE. What a concept, huh?
Everyone send this to PHA, I don't understand why IU actives can't get this through their heads.
I went to an SEC school and our recruitment is NOTHING compared to IU.
