I have been reading about this tragedy over the weekend. There was no prior mention of Greek affiliation, but I figured they were probably in a fraternity. Really sad for their families & the University.

Very sad. My oldest son has three friends in the Ole Miss ATO chapter, but what a terrible thing for the families and friends of all of these young men.

Wasn't there a tragic fire at the ATO house there several years ago?

Yes, in 2004. Three members were killed.

There were also three Ole Miss KA pledges killed in a car accident a couple of years ago. They were from the same town and had gone home on a Saturday to surprise their families. They left early Sunday morning to return to Oxford and join their pledge class for church; sadly, the driver dozed off and they went over a bridge.
