chico

i lived in chico for 4yrs while going to school, both at Butte JC and Chico State. This case rocked the area and really brought a black cloud over greek life for awhile.

In my opinion, it was his fault for drinking so much, he should have known.

Please don't lash back at me for saying this, it is my opinion. Feel free to post yours, but let's not turn this into a pissing contest.
