I think it depends on the details of the situation. 2 on 1 in a private room, probably not. 2 on 1 at preference in a room filled with other rushees and actives might be ok. But touching your hair? Was there 70's porn music playing in the background, because I'd be thinking Uh Oh, somebody wants a threesome!
