From my numbers....
For the NPC, this information is based from July 2013 (I have a spreadsheet on a project that I have been working on)... This information is on Chartered chapters only....not colonies
It looks like Kappa has the fewest chapters closed, with 25 (137/162)
Delta Zeta has the most with 140 (159/299)
Alpha Phi has 59 closed chapters (159/211)
