When a group colonizes, they tend to select a decent number of upperclassmen. However, once they have colonized, they would most likely take what is common for their campus. But that is just a generalization. Alpha Xi Delta colonizing in 2012 most likely has zero effect on them taking upperclassmen in 2013. Good luck to you.
