While seconding that your advisors should have ideas for you, I'd recommend picking up something like 101 Games for Trainers (
http://www.amazon.com/101-Games-Trai.../dp/0943210380). This one is noted for its author's experience in what works and what doesn't, but some of the activities require more prep work than people are willing to put in.
Still, books like this offer lots of suggestions that can be used as is or adapted to your situation.
