You could also talk to your friends who are in sororities in college and ask them a bit about sorority life, what they like, dislike, etc. However, when you go through Rush, only YOU can decide which is the sorority which best suits you.
If you know where you'll be going to college, check out the website for your school. There is a chance that there might be a link off of the home page that will be all about Student Organizations. Also, when you go through Rush, you'll be assigned a Rush Counsellor (often referred to as a Rho Chi) and this is the person who you'll direct your questions to, if you have any, during the Rush period.
