I make a pasta salad with goat cheese and balsamic. LOVE it. Pine nuts (or sunflower seeds), Farfalle pasta, fresh basil, and grape tomatoes. My favorite summer favorite!

Last time I donated blood, I passed out, and when I came to, I barfed all over myself. It wasn't pretty, and I was an EPA intern at a work sponsored blood drive, at that.
