Wello, we tend to go with standing rules that have been in effect for a few years. But not a lot of people are aware of proper parlimentary procedure. I plan on incorporating more in my member eduacation program this Fall. Lots of times it si the people that say, "This is the way we have done it before" that win on certain issues, so I have been educating myself and talking about it with other brothers that are interested. I also think that this is a good continuing education program that could be initiated.
