I think the PNM Rights thing is awsome. I wish the Rho Chi I had my freshman year would have had her hands on this, then maybe I wouldn't have dropped out of rush (like she would have followed it). I also think there should be a PNM responsibilities. They would include respecting the house your in, not bashing other orgs while talking to other houses, not trying to pry into ritual, etc.
