You can certainly rush as a sophomore and transfer the next year. It's your prerogative. People do it all the time. Your chapter would likely not be thrilled, but it's your decision. Waiting for your junior year at most larger schools is not a recipe for success. Whether or not your eventual organization is represented at your new school, you will still have the benefits of a lifetime membership. Other than that, there is nothing else we can say to advise you. Telling the sororities at your current school that you are planning to transfer next year would be honest but would likely not help you, btw.
