Yes, but I must agree that there really was no reason to be rude to me. I just asked a simple question. It's fine to point me to things like Etsy, etc because that helps--I didn't really know about Etsy so that does help--but I don't appreciate being talked down to.

I think, but strictly my opinion only, that upping the quality of the beads would improve your likelihood of sales. I checked out some of the linked etsy pages and the ones with the silver beads look more professional than yours, which to me look more like a craft project. I know there is skill involved, but to me I see a pinterest page that will spur me to make my own, not buy yours.

But regarding pricing, I would add up the total of your actual cost, add in your hourly charge, and double that. So if you've got $10 in beads and it takes you 15 minutes to make it and you charge $20/hour that means you should sell the bracelets for $30. If there's no market for it at that price, then you probably shouldn't bother. And you can reference the Big Bang Theory episode with the Penny Blossoms for a further explanation

Thanks for the input. I will play around some more with some of the types of beads you mentioned and see if it looks nicer. The beads I used are actually nice beads, but I can see how the silver-type ones would up the visual quality.

Thanks for the tips on pricing as well! As I said, I'm fairly new to this and don't want to sell something that isn't a quality product.

Oh, it's ok, I understand! In all fairness I was a little cranky today and I probably read too much into it. Thank you again for the help!
