There are 4 unlabeled houses on frat row .. I wonder if Monster's University is open for expansion?

Well, first I'd want to know why there are 12 G(M?)LOs and only 11 labelled houses. Oozma Kappa doesn't have a house on frat Row.
Also, I noticed that the map appears to match fairly well the images shown in the Viral trailer.

George Sanderson is a Jaws Theta Chi. So they probably are at worst Neutral toward our heroes' fraternity.
