We are also a small school. We have 4 sororities with 35 members each (soon to be 40, ceiling was raised!! haha). One thing we did as an all sorority mixer was a fabric swap. Everyone has extra fabric for letters left over, and we all brought ours in and laid them on a table and took what we wanted. It was fun.
