University of Kentucky's mascot the Wildcat was designed with a penis as it's tongue! They changed it a few years ago
also, I've always heard that the scene in Wizard of Oz is a sand bag that fell and swung, but it wasn't worth it to them to reedit the film because they didn't notice it until after which seems likely to me because if it's true they would have known that it would be on film.
also in 3 men and a baby, supposedly there is a shotgun that appears in one of the corners, as well as an unknown little child, or something.
