I too have seen the pic out front of the house. Unfortunately, I think their house may have been part of the problem they had with attracting members- it was just very 70s and, compared to the gorgeous antebellum type houses the other chapter had, was not a great recruiting asset.
HOWEVER, I think the pic of the changes they are going to make to it will really help spruce t up and make it fit is so much more! It will be beautiful and I can't wait for the new Sig Kaps to have their home again!
